Shipping Information
Processing Time
Since many of our items are custom-made and personalized, processing times vary by product. Most orders are ready to ship within 5-7 business days. Custom orders may take 10-14 business days depending on complexity and current order volume.
Please Note: Processing time does not include shipping time. Your order will be shipped after the processing period is complete.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $6.99
- Priority Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.99
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Please contact us for a quote on international orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package status through your account dashboard or by using the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.
Important: Personalized and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Non-personalized products only
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us at info@jdesignsinc.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package your item securely with all original packaging
- Ship the item back to the address provided
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a non-personalized item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us first. We'll help facilitate the exchange process. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs, and we'll cover the shipping for the new item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@jdesignsinc.com with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue by either replacing the item or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.
